Data Deletion Instructions

We support your right to request deletion of data associated with accounts you connect to the Platform. This page explains, step by step, how to have your data deleted.
1. Deleting via the Platform
Sign in to your account at app.bumerank.co.
Open the Setup wizard at app.bumerank.co/onboarding, go to the card of the service you want to remove (Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, Shopify, etc.) and use the "Disconnect" button next to the "Connected:" line. Disconnecting immediately and permanently deletes the related access tokens.
2. Deletion request by email
To delete your account and all brand data entirely, email [email protected] from your registered address with the subject "Data Deletion Request". State the scope you want deleted (a specific connection or the entire account).
Requests are completed within 30 days and you receive written confirmation.
3. Removal via Facebook / Instagram
Facebook: go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations, find Bumerank and choose "Remove". During removal, Facebook offers the option to request deletion of the data the app collected.
After removal, access tokens for your Meta account become invalid; the related connection data is deleted from our systems within 30 days.
4. Removal via Google
Google: go to https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, find Bumerank in the list of third-party apps and choose "Remove access".
Google Analytics, Search Console and Google Ads access all rely on this single authorization, so removing it ends all three at once, immediately.
This route stops access; it does not by itself delete stored data. To have the data we hold deleted as well, use the "Disconnect" button in step 1 (deleted immediately) or request it by email as in step 2 (within 30 days).
5. What gets deleted
Deletion covers: access tokens, operational data pulled from connected accounts, message history, brand assets you uploaded, and generated creatives.
Records subject to statutory retention (e.g. invoicing records) are kept only for the legally required period with restricted access, then deleted.
