KVKK Disclosure Statement

Your personal data is processed by Bumerank acting as data controller, within the scope below.

2. Data processed and purposes

Identity and contact data (membership and billing), transaction-security data (IP, logs), customer-transaction data (service delivery), and marketing data (with explicit consent).

3. Legal bases

Per KVKK art. 5/2: contract formation and performance, legal obligation, legitimate interest; explicit consent (art. 5/1) for marketing.

4. Transfers

Data may be transferred to domestic/foreign sub-processors (hosting, payments, AI services) with safeguards compliant with KVKK arts. 8-9, including standard contractual measures for cross-border transfers.

5. Collection method

Data is collected electronically via the website, the app, the WhatsApp channel, and third-party accounts you connect.

6. Your rights under art. 11

You may learn whether your data is processed, request information, correction, deletion or destruction, object to processing, and claim damages.
