Terms of Service

1. The service

Bumerank is a SaaS that runs brand operations — advertising, e-commerce, creative production, social media, SEO, customer support, inventory and competitor intelligence — through AI workers.

The Platform includes: AI-assisted ad campaign creation and management (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads), social media content production and scheduled publishing (Instagram, TikTok), AI image creative generation, e-commerce and marketplace management (Shopify, Trendyol), search performance and page speed reporting (Google Search Console, PageSpeed), replying to customer comments and messages (Instagram), competitor and sector analysis, content calendar planning, and an in-panel approval flow.

The Platform does not generate video or Reels; it produces still images only. It can publish a video you already have to connected social channels.

Service scope depends on your plan and on the permissions your connected accounts grant.

2. Accounts and responsibilities

You must provide accurate, current information and are responsible for all activity under your account.

Complying with the terms and advertising/content policies of third-party accounts you connect (Meta, Google, TikTok, Shopify, Trendyol and others) is your responsibility.

You may disconnect any third-party account at any time from the Platform or from that platform’s own settings.

3. Third-party account connections (OAuth)

The Platform connects your accounts through official authorization (OAuth) flows; your passwords are never transmitted to or stored by us. Only the permission scopes you approve are used.

Access tokens are stored encrypted and are used solely to act on your behalf, at the autonomy level you configure.

4. AI outputs and approvals

Content and actions produced by AI workers are submitted for your approval according to your chosen autonomy level. Ad campaigns are always created paused; taking them live depends on your approval. Autonomy is earned rather than assumed: once an operation has run cleanly on your brand repeatedly, the system proposes widening its permission instead of widening it on its own.

Operations with spending impact — discount rates, price changes and ad budgets — are bounded by fixed rules that run independently of the AI; requests exceeding those limits are rejected.

AI output accuracy is not guaranteed; final responsibility for published content and running campaigns rests with the brand owner.

Product imagery uses your real product photograph; AI generates only the background and the scene, and the product is placed onto it.

5. Fees

Fees are charged monthly or yearly per your plan.

Advertising spend (Meta, Google, TikTok ad budgets) is separate from Platform fees and is paid directly to the relevant platform through your own ad account.

Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance and never affect your current billing period.

6. Intellectual property

All rights to the Platform belong to us. Brand assets you provide (logos, product imagery, copy) remain yours; the Platform uses them only to deliver the service.

You own the usage rights to content the AI workers produce for you (images, video, copy, campaigns).

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the Platform to produce unlawful, misleading or rights-infringing content, or to send spam/unsolicited messages. Automation requests that violate connected platforms’ policies (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) may be refused.

8. Termination

You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at period end. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

On account closure, connected third-party authorizations are revoked and your data is deleted per the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for consequences caused by third-party platforms (API outages, policy changes, account restrictions) or for indirect damages; our total liability is capped at fees you paid in the last 12 months.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; Istanbul courts have jurisdiction.
