Terms of Service

1. The service

Bumerank is a SaaS that runs brand operations — ads, e-commerce, creative production, social media, SEO and customer support — through AI workers.

Service scope depends on your plan and credit balance. Until sign-ups open, the Platform is informational only.

2. Accounts and responsibilities

You must provide accurate, current information and are responsible for all activity under your account.

Complying with the terms of third-party accounts you connect (ad platforms, marketplaces, social networks) is your responsibility.

3. AI outputs and approvals

Content and actions produced by AI workers are submitted for your approval according to your chosen autonomy level. Even in fully automatic mode, spending passes permission and credit-balance checks.

AI output accuracy is not guaranteed; final responsibility for published content rests with the brand owner.

4. Fees

Fees are charged monthly or yearly per your plan. Credits are the shared unit spent on AI operations and do not roll over.

Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance and never affect your current billing period.

5. Intellectual property

All rights to the Platform belong to us. Brand assets you provide remain yours; the Platform uses them only to deliver the service.

You own the usage rights to content the AI workers produce for you.

6. Termination

You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at period end. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages; our total liability is capped at fees you paid in the last 12 months.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; Istanbul courts have jurisdiction.
